Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Rebecca Lawrence (b. 1995) is known for her collaborative work as a contemporary and early music double bassist in Europe and the USA. Most at home in creative small ensemble environments, Rebecca is passionate about working with living composers and providing a solid ensemble foundation while imagining new possibilities for the double bass and its predecessors in various contexts.

Kelsey Mines is a bassist, vocalist and composer that premiers new original music that seeks to intersect activism, community and art. Born and raised in Seattle, Kelsey grew up on the music made in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Double Bass Performance from the University of Washington, and a Master of Music in Double Bass Performance from Arizona State University. A recipient of the Holland Scholarship, Kelsey followed her passion for the double bass to the Netherlands, where she studied at Prince Claus Conservatoire before returning to Seattle where she has fully established herself as an important voice in the scene as both a performer and educator.

Seattle Symphony Associate Principal Bass Joseph Kaufman became a member of the Seattle Symphony in the 2006/2007 season. Kaufman studied with David Yavornitzky at the University of Utah and Jeff Bradetich at the University of North Texas. After graduating, Kaufman joined the New World Symphony; he has also served as Principal Bass of the Colorado Music Festival, the Verbier Chamber Orchestra and as Assistant Principal of the Sun Valley Summer Symphony.

Travis Gore has been a member of the Seattle Symphony since 2007, maintaining a reputation in both the classical and indie rock/pop world. Along with having performed with artists on albums by recording artists Bryan John Appleby, Hey Marseilles, Wall of Ears, Alice Sandahl of La Luz and other Seattle favorites, he is also producer and composer of his own alt/prog project Feeds On Majesty. He remains an active studio musician and can be heard on major film and game soundtracks such as Men Who Stare at Goats, Valkyrie, Halo, Dragon Age and more.
